The space
Nice, spacious (80 m²), well-equipped apartment with garden and terrace.
It consists of two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, dining room.
In the living room there is a 55-inch TV with access to VOD services such as Netflix, HBO Max, etc. (log in to your account for use).
In the master bedroom there is one double bed and in the other bedroom there are two single beds. There are sliding wardrobes in both bedrooms.
The nearest market is 300 metres from the apartment, while the Zenia Boulevard shopping centre, which is the largest in the region, is 7 minutes by car (about 40 minutes on foot).
Guest access
Air conditioning in the bedrooms, fiber optic internet, Wi-Fi for guests in the apartment.
Shampoo, shower gel, soap, towels, beach towels, hair dryer also available to guests.
The kitchen is equipped with all necessary equipment, including dishwasher, new refrigerator, oven, washing machine and microwave, as well as coffee maker, kettle, toaster, pots, plates, cutlery, glasses, etc.
Next to the complex there is an Olympic-sized swimming pool available to our guests from June to September.
From the balcony you can see a newly made playground for children.
Other things to note
• There are no parties/events allowed
• Quiet hours between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.
• No loud music, TV etc. also during the day
• No smoking allowed
• Unfortunately, due to community rules pets are not allowed
